Exceptional service from the front desk made the trip enjoyable. Brenda ensured our needs were met throughout our stay. The rooms were pristine, exceeding expectations in cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was a delightful start each morning, with a welcoming atmosphere provided by the staff. However, the pool area could have used better maintenance, and a few room amenities were lacking. Overall, this was a memorable experience we look forward to repeating.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, indoor swimming pool, and friendly 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff offered me a hot drink when I first arrived on a chilly day. The wonderful service from Erin during breakfast also stood out. Highly recommend staying here for a romantic escape!

We stayed at this lovely place with our large family and our beloved dog. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids after a day exploring the Children's Zoo at Celebration Square, which was just a short drive away. The room was spacious and comfortable for all of us. We loved the hot tub's late-night relaxing vibes.
In my wife’s opinion, more snack options would be great for kids.

clean room but missed breakfast timing
The room was clean, and two out of the three beds were comfortable during our stay. Breakfast offerings were good, and I enjoyed the fresh coffee and variety of options. We had a pleasant experience with attentive staff throughout our visit.
We were disappointed to find out that breakfast only runs until 10 am on weekends, resulting in us missing it on Monday morning.

I really enjoyed my two-night stay here, the king studio suite was spacious and very comfortable. The indoor pool and heated jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. I did notice some minor cleanliness issues, like a slightly dusty TV, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊
